Fashify is operated by NOTRINO RESEARCH BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ ARAŞTIRMA GELİŞTİRME LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Fashify, the Company, we, us), which runs the marketing website fashify.studio and the application app.fashify.studio. This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and, for data subjects in Turkey, our KVKK Clarification Text (Aydınlatma Metni), which explain in full how we process personal data and the rights available to you.

1. What Cookies Are

In this Cookie Policy, the term cookies also covers similar technologies that perform comparable functions, such as pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage and session and device identifiers. Cookies allow the platform to recognise your device, keep you signed in, remember your preferences, keep the service secure, and (where you consent) help us understand how the platform is used and deliver relevant content.

First-party cookies are set by Fashify directly when you use fashify.studio or app.fashify.studio, for example to keep you signed in, maintain your session, secure the service and remember your preferences. Some cookies may be set by third-party service providers (for example, analytics or payment/anti-fraud services such as our payment provider iyzico). These third parties process data under their own privacy notices and only as needed to provide their service to us. We do not control third-party cookies beyond enabling or disabling the relevant category through our consent mechanism.

5. Managing Cookies & Withdrawing Consent
